I’ve recently learned through this Program that the legal system can be used to try to reinstate your health benefits after your employer Health Insurance company has terminated them after being on employer Long Term Disability (LTD) for 24 months.

I wish I had done this in 2012 and saved $58,000.00 over 8 years with purchasing my own family health plan while on LTD and not working.

Please share this important message with your fellow employees.

Everyone should reread the fine print in their employer health plans, especially related to LTD and associated health coverage limitations!
