SSAGC General meeting

Proceedings:

1. Bruce read the Land Acknowledgement.

2. Jim summarized Board Members and their duties.

3. Bruce asked for a volunteer to chair future meetings given his personal situation. No one volunteered. Bruce will continue to use his Zoom account to set up future meetings. Action by Bruce.

4. Bruce noted that we have a guest speaker from Australia scheduled for January 29, 2026. Bruce to promote this session over the next 6 weeks. Action by Bruce.

5. Dennis requested talking points as he is meeting with his MP next week. Bruce asked that Pam provide him with the federal talking points and he will forward to Dennis. Action by Pam and Bruce.

6. Next General meeting is scheduled for Jan. 29, 4:00 PM, EST.

7. Jim noted that there was not a quorum to continue with a Board meeting.

8. Next Board meeting scheduled for Jan. 22, 4:00 PM, EST. ACTION by Bruce.

9. Meeting concluded at 4:45 PM, EST.
