Former scientist, sr. tech. rep., regulatory affairs.

Started own group when hospital did not have on,  then  joined Peel young stroke survivors who introduced me to Toronto central stoke recovery a chapter of MODC where I became chair, co-chair then on executive board. Was an ambassador for Heart and stroke FAST campaign, then became a member of Toronto Stroke network as a patient and family advisor. Became co-chair of community advisory group, and stroke accreditation committee as well as stroke steering committee.  Was on corHEAlTh executive stroke committee for stroke home and community care. Volunteered for over 100 research therapy studies including 2 SPORE.  Member of PAN committee on research.  On several research committees. Won a international Award for research volunteering as well as a local one by MP.
